Our cozy little four-room-flat in a 19th century building is looking for nice temporary tenants. The flat is situated near the old town of Leipzig in a great neigbourhood, 5 minutes to St. Thomas and many pubs and bars, 10 to the University, the opera or the Gewandhaus.
The house we are living in is very personal and in a charming, partly renovated condition. Our neigbours are nice guys and easy to get along with. Placed on the 2nd floor (ground floor counts as zero) the flat consists of a central hall way, at its right hand side is the kitchen and one larger room heading towards the inner yard. At the left side there is the living room with two smaller rooms at both its sides. In both the small rooms are original but simple tile stoves. The three rooms are as well accessible directly from the hallway. The bath room (bath tub plus toilet) is in the end of the hallway.
The flat is equipped with many useful things (like dishwasher, laundry machine, all kind of kitchen stuff, fridge and freezer, a great 5 burner gas stove with electric huge oven). Furthermore you´ll also fined some less useful but nice thing, fx. lots of german and finish books, but also some english ones, a big classical LP collection, some lamps by Alvar Aalto and some paintings on the walls.

After all, this is our personal, very individual flat, so don´t expect something clinically polished but if you like a cozy, gemuetlich place, then you´ll probably like our flat. It is available from middle of september 2012 until summer 2013.
