hallo zusammen,
ihr habt die möglichkeit ne wahnsinns wohnung in super zentraler lage zu einem mietpreis von vo 4 JAhren zu bekommen. das ganze muss nur ziemlich schnell passieren, denn wir möchten zum 1.2.11 in berlin wohnen.
zu den fakten:
maisonette mit offenem wohn-und kochraum. hell, ruhig (2.Hh), junge nachbarn. drei räume (18, 18, 32qm), wg geeignet oder für kleine familie.
zentral mit guten infrastrukturen (2 supermärkte, videothek, straba, zentrumsnah)
momentan ist alles weiss gestrichen und i.o.
einfach mal melden und anschauen kommen. kann u.u. auch einiges übernommen werden...
wir hatten die vergangenen jahre so gut wie keine nachzahlungen, preisgarantie also da.
ist echt ne gelegenheit, denn die preise in le haben auch angezogen.
