Hallo,
da ich mich beruflich für 2 mon im Ausland aufhalte vermiete ich meine helle Wohnung im Zentrum Leipzigs. Es handelt sich um eine möblierte 2 Raumwohnung mit Küche und Bad. Alle Zimmer sind sehr hell. Dabei ist ein Zimmer als Wohnbereich gestaltet, das andere als Arbeits und Schlafzimmer möbliert. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Balkon, die Küche über eine Einbauzeile mit Geschirrspüler.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Chopinstrasse 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt im 1. OG eines Villengebäudes aus der Gründerzeit. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist also gegeben. Außerdem ist man in 10 min zu fuss in der Innenstadt und selbst die Karli ist in 20 min zu Fuss erreichbar.
Kabel TV und Internet sind vorhanden. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und genügend Stellplätze für Autos vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist sparsam aber komplett möbliert. Alles weitere ergibt sich dann zum Besichtigungstermin.
