wir suchen für unsere schöne 62qm-Wohnung 2 Nachmieter vom 1.September 2012. Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer a 17 und 24qm, voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Geschirrspüler!!!), Bad (mit Badewanne, aber leider keine Waschmaschine) und Balkon. Außerdem gibt es Internet sowie Telefon. Und das alles für 540 euro/ Monat (inklusive strom). Ihr könnt auch nur eins der beiden Zimmer mieten (250 euro für das Kleinere und 290 euro für das größere Zimmer).

Unsere Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt mit guter Bahnverbindung,nahen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke (Netto, Rewe..) udn guten Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus.
