Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Geschoss eines schönen Altbaus im zentralen Zentrum-Süd. Das Haus wurde vor einigen Jahren saniert und die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand. Zur Ausstattung gehört eine Einbauküche, die ganz nach dem Motto "klein aber fein" alles zu bieten hat, was man so brauchen könnte. Alles ist in gutem Zustand, wir hatte nie Probleme.
Die Lage ist absolut perfekt! Man ist wirklich überall schnell. Ins Zentrum fährt man mit dem Fahrrad nur ca. 7 min, die Karli ist fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung aber sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe.
REWE, Aldi, dm und ein Bäcker sind ebenfalls um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung ist ab Mitte Dezember zu beziehen. Ansonsten ist auch ein Einzug ab Anfang Januar möglich.
