Hallo, aufgrund von Familienzuwachs muss ich die schöne Wohnung leider wieder freigeben. Sie liegt super zentral und besitzt ein schönes großes Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer. Zudem kann man auf dem Balkon sehr gut entspannen. Ein wunderschönes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, Wanne und Fußbodenheizung gibt es dazu. Sinnvoll ist auch ein kleiner Abstellraum in dem diverse Sachen gelagert werden können. Zusätzlich gehört zu der Wohnung ein relativ großer trockener Keller.
perfekte Lage und Verkehrsanbindungen
Küche sollte übernommen werden. habe sie selbst für 900 Euro vor 5 Monaten übernommen aber da kann man sich sicher einigen :)
