Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
wir vermieten unsere gemütliche, vollmöblierte 3.Zi-Wohnung ab 01. Dezember 2021 für 1,5 bis 2 Jahre.
Die Wohnung ist 67 qm groß, liegt im 2. Stock eines Altbaus und hat ein kleines Arbeitszimmer (ca. 7 qm), ein Schlafzimmer (ca.15 qm) und ein Wohnzimmer (ca. 18 qm). Zur Küche (ca. 8 qm) kommt man über das Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist für eine WG nicht geeignet. Es gibt leider keinen Balkon. Dafür ist der Clara-Park nur 300 m vor der Tür.
Die komplette monatliche Zahlung beträgt 850,00€. Weitere Kosten fallen nicht an. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet (Internet, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Möbel, Geschirr usw.) Ihr braucht nur eure privaten Sachen.

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, 4 Tram-Haltestellen vom Hbf, und nur ca. 200 m vom Clara-Park.
