Schöne und helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Dachgeschoss mit viel Charakter. Großer Ess-/Wohnbereich, geräumiges Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit Dusche. Grundfläche bei 53m², durch Dachschrägen bei 47m². Keller vorhanden, Fahrradstellplatz ebenfalls. Nette Nachbarn, von denen man in der Wohnung nicht viel hört. Bei geöffneten Fenstern wiederum hört man natürlich die Jahnallee. Ich ziehe nur ungern aus.
Mitten im Zentrum von Leipzig gelegen, Waldplatz, Gottschedstraße und Goerdelerring ums Eck. Supermärkte, ÖPNV, alles da.
Mobiliar kann fast komplett übernommen werden, mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, WaMa, Einbauküche (Bestandteil der Wohnung), Couch, Bücherregalen, bis auf WaMa alles relativ neu, Abstand 750 Euro. Unter Umständen wäre auch Zwischenmiete möglich.
Kostenseitig on top kämen noch die üblichen Verdächtigen GEZ, Internet und Strom.
