Hi,

da ich vom 22. April bis 1. Juni nicht in Leipzig sein werde, vermiete ich für diesen Zeitraum meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung unter. Sie ist voll möbliert mit allem was du/ihr brauchen könntet (siehe Fotos).
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem hellen Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, TV sowie einem Esstisch. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett und auch hier gibt es einen Schreibtisch.

Die Küche mit Zugang zum Balkon ist komplett ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne und zusätzlich eine Dusche sowie eine Waschmaschine. Im Flur gibt es ein Schuhregal und eine Garderobe.

Ich würde meine Wohnung inklusive Strom und WLAN untervermieten.
Für April 22.04.2024 - 30.04.2023 für 252€ und 01.05.2024 - 31.05.2023 für 830€.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Stötteritz im Südosten von Leipzig. Es ist sehr ruhig hier. Mit der Straßenbahn oder dem Fahrrad sind es ca. 15 Minuten bis ins Stadtzentrum.
Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Tram 4) ist ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und zum S-Bahnhof Stötteritz braucht man ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Lebensmittelladen befindet sich ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
In der Nähe befindet sich auch ein schöner Park, das Stötteritzer Wäldchen.
