Hallo :),
ich finde die Wohnung sehr schön. Hier haben sowohl Familien als auch Wg´s schon drin gewohnt. Die Küche würden wir gegen eine Spende an unsere Gemeinde drinnen lassen, als auch die Waschmaschine.
Ansonsten ist die Küche recht groß und gut für Gemeinschaft.
Bei der Aufteilung der Zimmer gibt es ein Durchgangszimmer!!
Die Nachbarn sind nett. Wir machen jetzt sogar eine Wintergrillabschiedparty. :)
Es gibt einen kleinen Hinterhof.
Der Weg zum Bahnhof ist 3. min.
Aldi und Rossmann sind direkt vor der Tür, was sehr praktisch ist.
Es eine Wohnung zum Hinterhof hin, weshalb es nicht all zu laut ist. Man hört die Bahn nicht.
Das Heizsystem ist etwas älter, wesshalb die Rohre außen liegen. Der Vermieter hat aber einen Erneuerungsprozess im Haus gestartet.
Ich genieße in meinem Zimmer den weiten Ausblick sehr.
Die Wohnung ist außerdem sehr hell, durch die recht großen Fenster.
Die Wände sind weiß gestrichen und der Laminat ist in heller Holzfarbe.
