Da sich unsere WG auflöst, werden in der Wohnung gleich zwei Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und auch hell.
Da beide Zimmer Ende Juni frei werden, könntet ihr auch schon zu zweit einziehen.
Die Küche müsste von den jetzigen Mietern abgelöst werden. (2600€)
Nebenkosten waren bis jetzt Strom, Gas und Wlan 60€ pro Person.
Bis jetzt haben hier Medizinstudentinnen gewohnt.
Im Haus wohnen noch mehr Studenten, die entweder an der MedUni studieren oder an der FH.
An der Meduni ist man mit dem Fahrrad in 5 min und mit der Buslinie 25 ebenso.
