Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Balkon zur Westseite raus. Momentan ist die Wohnung als WG genutzt. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer (ca.20qm) und 2 kleinere Zimmer ( jeweils ca.10qm). Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden sowie ein Platz für Geschirrspüler oder Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist außerdem gut isoliert, sodass wenig geheizt werden muss. Da die Wohnung in einem Wohnviertel in der 7. Etage liegt, ist es sehr leise. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett.
Ich gebe meine schöne Wohnung in St. Jürgen ab. Sie ist sehr gut genau zwischen Uni und Innenstadt gelegen. Und die Buslinie 1,9 sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem ist der Bahnhof St. Jürgen auch nur 10 Fußminuten entfernt. Bei der Bushaltestelle ist direkt ein REWE und Parkplätze können bei Bedarf angemietet werden.
