- Eigener Kellerraum + Fahrradkeller
- persönlicher Stellplatz für das Auto auf dem Parkdeck hinter dem Haus
Die Wohnung wäre ab dem 01.11.18 frei, eventuell auch schon bereits Mitte Oktober.

Ungefähr 5 Minuten entfernt befindet sich die Haltestelle Kahlhorststraße, von der man mit der 9/1 simpel in Richtung Stadt und Uni kommt. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 10 Minuten zur Uni und 15 Minuten in die Stadt.
