Unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung am Bockelsberg wird zum 17.8.2011 frei. Spätester Mietbeginn ist der 15.09.11. Beide Zimmer sind hell und geräumig, eins etwas größer als das andere. Sie gehen jeweils vom Flur ab, deshalb WG-geeignet. Laminat in den Zimmern, Fliesen in Küche und Bad. Die Küche ist hell und mit Herd und Backofen und Spüle ausgestattet, hat einen Waschmaschinenanschluss und Platz für Esstisch und Stühle. Das Bad hat ein Fenster und renovierte Badewanne/Dusche. Viel Stauraum gibt es in 2 Kellerräumen und Dachboden.
Die Lage ist ruhig in Waldnähe, dennoch gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke, Frisör, Restaurant) sowie eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. 5-10 Gehminuten zur Uni.
