Hey!
Meine wunderschöne Wohnung in bester Citylage biete ich aufgrund einer Trennung zum Tausch an. Die helle und sanierte Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses und verfügt über 3,5 Zimmer, hat eine EBK, Badewanne und Dusche. Alle Zimmer sind mit Laminat ausgestattet. Ausserdem befindet sich im Haus ein Dachboden zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung und ein ganz kleiner Hinterhof, sowie Fahrrad-Abstellraum.
Im Gegenzug dazu suche ich eine Wohnung bis max. 550€ warm. sollte auch schon mindestens 45m² haben. Auf jeden Fall sollte diese auch in der City liegen, ein Balkon oder Terasse wäre toll.
Der 01.09. ist kein festes Datum, ich bin grundsätzlich flexibel mit dem Auszug - bitte aber nur Tauschangebote!!
