Ich suche eine Nachmieterin / einen Nachmieter für meine kleine Wohnung am Rande der Lüneburger Fußgängerzone.
Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer (ca. 11m²) und ein Schlafzimmer (ca. 6²) sowie eine kleine Küche und ein kleines Bad.
Aussicht aus dem Fenster auf eine schöne Altstadtgasse und Fachwerkbau!
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Gasheizung, Kühlschrank & Herd,
gerne lasse ich gegen einen kleinen Obolus auch einen Teil meiner extra für die Wohnung passend gemachten Möbel da (Schrank, "Schreibtisch", "Hochbett", Küchentisch). Vorteile hat, wer weiblich ist, zuverlässig die Miete zahlt und erstmal meine Wandfarben übernimmt! (Andere Menschen dürfen sich aber auch melden...)
So günstig und zentral findet ihr keine Wohnung! :)
PS: Die Decken sind recht niedig,- nix für 2m Menschen...
