Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für eine 2er WG. Sie hat sogar ein kleines 4. Zimmer, das als Abstellraum genutzt werden kann. Bitte nur anrufen, keine Emails und am besten zwischen 9 und 10 Uhr. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Teppich, außer Bad und Küche. Es befinden sich noch andere Parteien im Haus.
Die Wohnung liegt hinter dem Bahnhof, ist also auch für Pendler gut geeignet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und man ist mit dem Rad in 5 min in der Innenstadt und beim Kino. Die Wohnung ist die einzige im 1. Stock und auch die größte im Haus.
Bitte keine Haustiere. Im Mietpreis ist Wasser miteingenommen, Strom und Gas sind separat zu bezahlen. Als Teil des Mietvertrags ist eine Verpflichtung von bis zu 2 Stunden Zeit pro Monat für Aufgaben rund um das Haus zu unterzeichnen (Schnee schaufeln, Fegen etc.) Die Waschmaschine und ein Trockner befinden sich im Keller.
