Wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Roten Feld. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Zimmer, Balkon, Bad mit Badewanne und eine Einbauküche, die wir gerne an Nachmieter weitergeben möchten. Es gibt einen geräumigen Keller, sowie einen Waschmaschinen-/Trockenraum.
Haustiere sind vom Vermieter leider nicht erlaubt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und wurde 2011 grundsaniert. Wir ziehen wirklich nur sehr ungern aufgrund eines Wohnortswechsels aus dieser tollen Wohnung aus.
Die Wohnung liegt perfekt in einer ruhigen Straße zwischen Uni und Innenstadt, der Kurpark ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
Der Vermieter (Wohnungsgenossenschaft) fordert einen Einkommensnachweis der Mieter, es müssen aber keine Genossenschaftsanteile oder sonstiges übernommen werden.
