Ich suche zum 01.03.2016 einen Nachmieter für eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Die Wohnung hat eine Größe von 74m2 und wurde gerade erst von dem Vermieter top saniert und renoviert. Es gibt eine sehr große Küche mit Geschirrspüler, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem großzügigen Balkon, zwei fast gleich große Schlafzimmer, ein renoviertes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, sowie einen kleinen Abstellraum.
Im Haus ist ein Fahrstuhl enthalten (Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock). Es gibt einen Kellerraum und einen Fahrradkeller.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in Lüneburg. Zu Fuß sind es nur etwa 5 min in die Altstadt und mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 min von der Universität Lüneburg entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist WG-geeignet, allerdings nur für zwei Personen, da das Wohnzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist.
Die Wohnung kostet 851€ warm + Strom. Außerdem beträgt die Kaution 1800€.
