55m2, zwei sehr helle Zimmer (ca. 20m2 + 16m2), eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Backofen, Kühlschrank, Stauraum) und Platz genug für einen Vier-Personen-Tisch, Bad in guter Verfassung, großer sonniger Balkon, Erdgeschoss, aber sehr ruhig. Die Miete beinhaltet einen großen Keller. Die Nachbarn sind nett und ganz, und die Wohnung ist ganz in der Nähe der Universität und 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt. Perfekt für zwei Leute, fast luxuriös für eine Person!

Two very bright rooms (ca. 20m2 + 16m2), a fully-equipped kitchen (decent oven, fridge, storage space) and space enough for a four-person table, bathroom in very good shape, big sunny balcony, ground floor but very quite, rent includes a big cellar and, I think, a parking spot. Neighbors are nice and quite, and the flat is located very near to the university and 20 minutes walk into town. Perfect to share with two people, and almost luxurious for one person!
