Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere wunderschöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist mit einer Einbauküche, Fußbodenheizung, Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, Kellerraum und einem großen L Balkon ausgestattet.
Im Haus herrscht eine sehr gute Nachbarschaftsklima und der Vermieter ist wirklich super. Wir haben in diesen 2,5 Jahren mit ihm überhaupt keine Probleme gehabt, ganz im Gegenteil.

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch ist man sehr schnell in der Innenstadt. Ich selber fahre mit einem E-Roller 25 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof.

Da wir beide im Homeoffice tätig sind, benötigen wir mehr Platz und nur aus diesem Grund müssen wir hier ausziehen.

Gerne kann ein Einbauschrank, Couch und ein Doppelbett gegen einen Betrag übernommen werden. Außerdem sind bereits zwei Badeschränke sowie ein Spiegel in der Wohnung vorhanden.
