The flat is in good condition, very well located and connected, taking short time to arrive to the Universities.
There are Subway stations (Metro) and Bus really close (five minutes by foot) . The subway (metro) station, Avenida de America that has four lines (lines 4-6-7 and 9) Line 6 go directly to the University.
It is well suited for a group of three students, but works also with four, since one room has two beds.
