Die Wohnung ist zwar klein aber in gutem Zustand und ist durch die Raumaufteilung nicht nicht beklemmend.
Der Balkon ist auf der Südseite,sodass man lange im Sommer auf dort den Abend genießen kann.
Es gibt auch einen Keller zusätzlich zu einem Diebstahl sicheren Fahrradkeller. Alles in allem eine zurecht beliebte Wohnung
Mn kann die Wohnung bequem per Auto mit einem Parkplatz (1,50€ von Montag bis Samstag).
Mit den ÖVM kannst man bequem mit der Straßenbahn, welche eine Minute entfehrnt ist zum Bahnhof oder direkt zur Uni fahren (15min fahrt).
Die Wohnung liegt weiter weg von der Straße sodas der Verkehrslärm in der Wohnung nicht zu hören ist.
Der große Vorteil der Wohnung wie ich finde ist die ruhige Atmosphäre. Weder laute Nachbarn und kein Verkehrslärm. Es gibt einen Spielplatz direkt vor der Haustür und einen Einkaufsladen sowie Späti 5 min. von der Wohnung zu Fuß entfehrnt.
Außerdem ist die Wohnung schnell warm und hält die Wärme gut
