Fuer Bocconi-MBA-Studenten: 2 min zur Uni. Der Vermieter ist super-nett und spricht perfekt englisch (fuer den Fall).
Die Miete wirkt aus Berliner Sicht horrend, ist fuer Mailaender Verhaeltnisse aber absolut preiswert.
