Suche Nachmieter für meine 1,5 Zimmer-Wohnung ab dem 1.6.2020.
Wohnfläche beträgt ca. 38 qm.
Sie verfügt über mehrere sehr praktische Einbauschränke, einen Balkon, Kellerabteil, Aufzug sowie eine schöne Einbauküche.
Die Wohnung hat keinen Waschmaschinenanschluss, jedoch im Nachbargebäude einen Waschraum (mit genügend Waschmaschinen und Trockner)
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Mainzer Altstadt - 3 Gehminuten zum Schillerplatz bzw. Münsterplatz.
Ca. 5 min zum Hbf.
Aufgrund mangelnden Platzes in meiner neuen Wohnung MUSS folgendes übernommen werden (mit Vermieter abgesprochen):
- Couch, Couchtisch, Matratze 180x200cm (neuwertig) + Bettkonstruktion, Balkonmöbel, Schuhschrank, Badschrank, Deckenlampen
Der Preis für die Ablöse beträgt 650€ (nicht verhandelbar).
Alles befindet sich in einem tollen, gepflegten Zustand.
