Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel, ab dem 1.12. oder später. Die Wohnung ist ein wunderschöner Altbau mit Dielenboden, hohen Wänden, Badewanne und Dusche, großen Fenstern, Aufzug, guten Anwohnerparkmoeglichkeiten und netten Nachbarn. Der Vermieter möchte keine WG.
Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Altstadt, die Innenstadt sowie alle wichtigen Geschäfte sind fußlaeufig erreichbar.
