Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG eines Hauses mit 4 Parteien. Die 35 Quadratmeter sind sehr gut aufgeteilt, sodass man auch zu zweit gut wohnen kann. Insbesondere die Küche bietet alles, was man sich wünscht.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Neubrunnenplatz und Römerpassage. So ist man mitten in der Stadt und es ist alles fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es etwa 8 Minuten, aber auch der Rhein ist nur etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Haus liegt "in zweiter Reihe" in der Fußgängerzone, sodass es trotz der zentrale Lage sehr ruhig ist.
Wir würden gerne die Spülmaschine, die Waschmaschine, den Ofen sowie Regale in der Küche/Schlafzimmer in der Wohnung lassen. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Waschmaschine haben wir z.B. erst vor 1,5 Jahren gekauft, sie hat noch 2,5 Jahre Garantie. Für alles zusammen hätten wir gerne eine Ablöse von 450 Euro.
Frei ist die Wohnung auf jeden Fall zum 15. April, nach Absprache sind wir da aber auch um ein paar Tage flexibel.
