Hallo, wir haben einen längeren Auslandsaufenthalt geplant. Und bieten (für die Monate Juli bis September) unsere schöne zwei Zimmer-Wohnung - bestehend aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad - für diesen Zeitraum zur Miete.
Sie ist Möbliert mit sehr großräumigen Schränken, einer Couch, einem großen Esstisch, einem großen Bett und vieles weitere. Ein Fernseher (ohne TV-Anschluss) mit allen üblichen Apps ist natürlich auch vorhanden. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und im Badezimmer gibt es eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang.
Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Willy-Brandt-Platz und dem Römer direkt an der Uferstraße mit Blick auf den Main. Straßenbahn- & Ubahn-Haltestellen sind in alle Richtungen in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten und die Hauptwache in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Der Mietpreis und die Mietdauer von 3 Monaten sind nicht verhandelbar.

The Flat is situated right in the middle of Frankfurt between Willy-Brandt-Platz and Römer, overlooking the river. Public Transport is only a few walking minutes away (5 Minutes to Hauptwache, 15 minutes to the Main Train Station).
The rent and the duration are not negotiable.

- Rent 850 Euros per Month (including all bills, internet,...)
- The Apartment is available from the 8th of July to the 26th of September 2022
