Wir suchen nach Nachmietern (Studierenden) für eine Wohnung für Zwei Personen im Studentenwohnheim Inter II auf dem Campus (Johannes-Gutenberg Universität). Umzugsdatum: 1. Oktober, 2014.
Die Wohnung hat 30m2 Wohnfläche und besteht aus 2 Zimmern, Kochnische (Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülbecken, Küchenregal) und Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche. Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung: 2 Bücherregale, 1 Esstisch, 1 Schreibtisch, 2 Stühle, 2 Betten mit Matrazen, einen Kleiderschrank und Internetanschluss. Im Keller befinden sich die Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Es gibt auch Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Hausmeister ist auch dabei. In dem Wohnheim herrscht eine gute Stimmung und nette Atmosphäre.
Warmmiete: € 622 für 2 Personen oder € 512 für 1 Person.
Die Kaution entspricht zwei mal der Miete.
Die Wohnung ist schön, sonnig und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung, dazu ganz günstig gelegten: 2 Minuten Fußweg zur Hauptmensa, 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Zentralbibliothek, etwa 4 Minuten Fußweg zur Haltestelle „Friedrich-von-Pfeiffer-Weg“(u.a. Linie 54, 55, 69).
