It is an apartment loaded with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a living room, which has a spacious balcony attached to it. The toilet also has lot of space. The living room and the bedroom are separated so can also be easily used as a WG or two people. The balcony faces the West, so there's long day lights in summers :) the water cost and heating cost is included. Only to take care of is the electricity and the internet. Overall, a pleasant spacious place at a cheap price.
The location is very convenient. It is further from the city and the noise, so gives you a break, but the very next bus stop is Kisselberg, so you reach the university or Max Planck Institutes in 10 mins! The bus stop from the house is 6 mins walking distance. Just below the building, at 2 mins walking distance is a Tegut, where you can also post packages, besides shopping for groceries. In the vicinity there are Penny and Rewe as well. The area is very green and you have a park to the building area.
