Ich habe ab März eine neue Wohnung in Frankfurt und vermiete deshalb meine Wohnung in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg zur Zwischenmiete. In der Wohnung befinden sind eine Couch, ein Bett, ein großer Einbauschrank und auf Wunsch ein Fernseher.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit sehr guter Anbindung zur S8 und S9, sowie zur Bushaltestelle. Mit der Bahn sehr gut zu erreichen sind Mainz, Wiesbaden und Frankfurt.
Die Mieté ist VHB. Es gibt eine Bedingung: Die Wohnung soll verkauft werden, deshalb sollte es die Möglichkeit geben, wenige Besichtigungstermine durchzuführen.
Einzug ist ab 04.3. möglich, gern auch später. In diesem Fall ist die Miete ebenfalls vhb.
