The apartment is located on the top (2nd) floor of a historic house from the 1920s. The landlord lives below on the 1st floor. In the 52-m^2 apartment there is a large kitchen (with complete EBK), large living room, smaller bedroom, large bathroom, and entryway. All rooms except bathroom have original wooden floors. The bathroom contains both bathtub and shower.
Although the apartment is located close to the main shopping street in Gonsenheim, the neighborhood is very quiet and residential. The location is convenient to all amenities. Trams 50 & 51 as well as Buses 6 & 62 are all a 5-min walk away. It is 10-15 min by bike to the university. Various restaurants and shops and the Gonsenheim forest are also within walking distance.
