Wir suchen zum 1. November, evtl. auch etwas früher einen Nachmieter für unsere tolle 2-Zimmerwohnung im 20. Obergeschoss. Die Wohnung ist in einer top-Lage, nämlich 5 min von der Uni und 5 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Aldi, Edeka, Post und Imbiss-Gelegenheiten sind ebenfalls in nur ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung bietet von einem Riesenbalkon einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Mainz und man kann bis nach Frankfurt rüberschauen. Die Wohnung ist nicht WG-tauglich, aber dafür perfekt für ein Pärchen. Überall in der Wohnug ist Linoleum verlegt und es gibt ein Gäste-WC. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Abstellraum im Keller und die Fahrräder können entweder vor dem Haus oder einem extra Fahrradraum abgestellt werden. Unsere Einbauküche wollen wir gerne da lassen.
Der Besichtigungstermin ist am Freitag, den 07.10., 18-19 Uhr.
