Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über das 1. und das 2. Stockwerk und ist 100 m² groß. In der 1.Etage befinden sich 3 Zimmer, davon eins mit Balkon(6m²)* (16 m², *12,5 m², 10 m²), das Badezimmer mit Badewanne sowie die große Wohnküche mit Balkon (16m²+ 7m²).
Die zweite Etage setzt sich aus 3 Zimmern (9m², 10m²,12m²) und einem Gäste WC zusammen. Eins davon ist ein Durchgangszimmer, welches wir als Wohnzimmer nutzten.
Als weiteren Stauraum stehen euch noch ein Keller sowie ein Dachboden zur Verfügung.
Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Gleichzeitig ist alles gut zu erreichen: Innenort, Innenstadt, Uni, Autobahn. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und direkt vor der Haustür fährt der Bus ab.
