diese superzentrale Wohnung direkt am Mainzer Hbf wird kurzfristig zum 1.3. frei!! Sie liegt im Dachgeschoss eines renovierten Altbaus und bietet ca. 60 qm Wohnfläche, Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, Aufzug, Keller. Die Zimmer sind etwa 13 und 16 qm groß und beide im Dezember gestrichen und mit neuem Laminat verlegt worden. Ideale Raumaufteilung für ein Paar mit Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, aber auch als WG definitiv geeignet. Der große Vorteil der Wohnung ist ihre Lage direkt am Hbf. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Post, Bank, Apotheke etc. liegen direkt vor der Tür. Zu Bus oder Bahn braucht man 2 min! Bei Bedarf können gerne einige Möbel wie ein Schreitisch, eine Couch und ein Kleiderschrank übernommen werden. Außerdem noch eine Waschmaschine. Da die Wohnung sehr spontan zum 1.3. frei wird, ist es wichtig schnell einen Nachmieter zu finden!! Besichtigungstermine am Wochenende (25./26.) wären am besten!
