The apartment is fully furnished, located on the top-floor of the building.

Very sunny since on the top-floor with balcony and terrace
Very private since there's no building opposite
Very cosy for one person or a couple, since there are a bedroom and a living room

Bathroom with shower
Kitchen with oven, toaster, fridge, air fryer, juicer,...all the normal kitchen equipment (no microwave-oven though)
Washing machine and dishwasher
Good internet connection (Download 207.7 Mbps, Upload 8.5 Mbps. Please avoid selling illegal Kombucha mushrooms on the darknet from my connection)
Terrace with a hammock (not to be forgotten)

Could you please water the plants?
**side note: The apartment ist not suitable for a WG (shared flat), since the living room is "in the middle of everything". It's not a closed room with a door and privacy.**

Sehr ruhig, da im Hinterhof
Sehr sonnig, da am 5.OG mit Terrasse und Balkon
Sehr privat, da kein Gegenüber von Nachbarnfenster
Sehr angenehm für eine Einzelperson oder ein Pärchen, da es ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer gibt

Badezimmer mit Dusche
Küche mit Ofen, Luftfritteuse, Toaster, Kühlschrank, halt...normale Küchensachen (Keine Mikrowelle)
Wasch- und Spülmaschine

**Zu beachten: Die Wohnung eignet sich für eine WG nicht, da das Wohnzimmer wirklich "in der Mitte der Wohnung" steht. Es ist kein geschlossenes Zimmer mit einer Tür, sondern eher der Gang zwichen allen Räume, deshalb könnte man da keine Privatsphäre wirklich haben.**
