We are leaving our apartment in the Römer Passage. It has a very good distribution: an entryway (perfect for shoes, hooks and mirrors). The living room; very big, with one glass wall to the balcony. Bathroom, spacious with bathtub. Kitchen (it is already fully equipped). Bedroom (big enough, with two doors to the living room and one more to the balcony. Small corridor with closet. And finally a big balcony with south orientation and views to Pfandhausstrasse.
The building was recently renovated. It is modern and clean. There is an elevator, cellar, cellar for bikes, parking lot (the one of the Römer Passage, to be paid separately), entrance to the building with electronic card.
Right in the heart of Mainz, in a pedestrian street on the top of the Römer Passage mall. There is a Netto supermarket in the basement (with direct access through the garage).
A Rewe is 1 minute away.
Bus stop 2 minutes away. Bikes for rent next to the building.
Good for shopping and leisure during the day, but very calm in the night (not many people walk here)
We have paid the provision for the apartment (2.38 times 800) but since we (the people leaving) are the ones looking for the new tenants there is not such fee.
We bought the kitchen, in Ikea, which fits perfectly the area. It has Siemens fridge and dishwasher. Red colour. Many drawers (which close smoothly), induction cooktop, powerful oven
