Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für mindestens drei Monate, es kann auch eventuell auch länger sein) weil ich umziehe und ich noch nicht weiss ob ich dort bleibe.
Das ist eine sympatische Wohnung mit drei Zimmern, davon ist in einem eine Einbauküche und eine Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Zwei Zimmer zur Straße, die Küche zum Hof. KLeiner Flur zentral, von dem aus es in alle drei Zimmer und ins Bad geht. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett und ein großer Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Neustadt nähe Lessingplatz, 7 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß, eine Haltestelle vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
In der Nähe liegt ein Rewe (geöffnet bis 22 Uhr) und ein Rossmann. Direkt an der Ecke liegt ein Bäcker. Ein Döner - Laden und eine Pizzaria liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
