Suche einen Nachmieter für meine tolle Wohnung in der Mainzer Altstadt.
Die Warmmiete ist mit 410.-€ genial günstig. Rewe, Tegut, Penny, Post, Kiosk usw. usw. alles quasi direkt vor der Tür. :-)
Parkplatz kostet extra 50.- €, Muss nicht übernommen werden.
Ist jedoch zu empfehlen, da dieser auch locker für 80-100€ untervermietet werden kann. Es ist der beste Parkplatz von allen verfügbaren im Innenhof.
Der Vermieter ist ein supercooler unkomplizierter Typ. er wohnt in Freiburg und kommt einmal im Jahr vorbei.
Die Einrichtung bleibt weitestgehend bestehen. Abschlag für Küche, Möbel, Hochbett, Couch, Tisch, Herd, Mikrowelle, Sideboard, Schuhschrank usw. usw.

Besichtigung ab Montag den 18.03.2013 möglich.
Am besten, wenn wir den Vertrag noch bis 21.03.2013 hinbekommen. Da der Vermieter am WE in den Urlaub fährt, mir jedoch eine problemlose Abwicklung vorher ermöglicht.
