TAUSCHE: Meine Zweizimmerwohnung (54 m²) in der Mainzer Neustadt gegen eine Einzimmerwohnung (mind. 25m² in Alt-,Neu- oder Oberstadt / max. 450 Euro Warmmiete).
Zu meiner Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist optimal für eine WG, aber auch für eine Einzelperson. Sie besteht aus zwei gleichgroßen Zimmern und einer Küche, einem Bad mit Dusche und einem Balkon.
Die Warmmiete beträgt zur Zeit 580 Euro, Strom etwa 20 Euro. Insgesamt also rund 600 Euro. Die Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und zu Supermärkten ist ideal , man braucht nicht mehr als zwei Minuten.
