der Vermieter möchte gerne ein längerfristiges Mietverhältnis anstreben. Zudem sollte eine geregeltes Einkommen oder eine Bürgschaft der Eltern vorliegen.
Eventuell kann auch schon zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt die Wohnung angemietet werden.
