Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Frauenlobstraße und liegt nahe am Rhein. Sie ist im 4.Stock und kann als WG genutzt werden, eignet sich aber auch für ein Paar perfekt. Es gibt ein großes Zimmer, welches hin zur Frauenlobstraße liegt, ist aber immer sehr ruhig. Das andere Zimmer ist etwas kleiner und liegt zum Hof. Eine Küche ist vorhanden, welche noch vom Vormieter stammt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, das Bad hat aber kein Tageslicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Im Sommer ist man direkt am Rhein, mit 3 min Fußweg erreicht man sämtliche Busse. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind gut, direkt unter der Wohnung befindet sich ein netter Kiosk.
Direkt am Rhein, Busse fahren von 3 verschiedenen Stationen in alle Richtungen, die zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt sind. In der Neustadt befinden sich einige schöne Bars und Cafés. In der Josefstraße kann beim Bio-Laden "Natürlich" eingekauft werden, aber es ist auch ein rewe in der Nähe. Perfekte Lage für Mainz.
