Da wir aus unserer schönen, kleinen Wohnung ausziehen, suchen wir zum 1.4. zwei neuer Mieter.
Die beiden Zimmer haben jeweils ca. 15 qm und sind dank der hohen Decken sehr hell.
Außerdem hat die Wohnung zwei Balkone, einen kleinen zum Innenhof auf den man durch die Küche gelangt und einen zur Straße, auf welchen man durch eines der beiden Zimmer gelangt.
Ansonsten besitzt die Wohnung eine Einbauküche sowie ein kleines Bad mit Dusche/WC.
Wenn ihr Interesse habt schreibt uns und wir machen einen Besichtigungstermin aus.

Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage.
Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 10 min zum Hauptbahnhof. Die nächste Bus/Bahnhaltestelle "Lessingstraße" ist fast vor der Haustür.
Außerdem befinden sich überall in Fuß-nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie kleine Läden und Cafés. Der nächste Rewe befindet sich weniger als eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. :)
