Jedoch hat die Wohnung 3 separate Zimmer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anwohner-Straße im 1. OG. Sie hat einen Balkon, ein neu saniertes Bad mit Badewanne und eine eigene Gartenparzelle.
Dazu gehört auch ein Speicher-Abteil auf dem Dach und ein großer Keller.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 851,20 € pro Monat (warm).
Hinzu kommt ein Abstand (einmalig) von 300 € für die Küchenschränke, Spüle und Waschmaschine.
