Sehr schöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung in der Kaiserstraße in Mainz. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist auch als 2er WG geeignet. Einbauküche ist im Mietpreis enthalten, in der Küche ist noch Platz für eine Waschmaschine (siehe Bilder). Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen kleine Abstell-/Vorratsraum, einen Kellerraum sowie einen Trockenraum.
Erst 2010 wurde die Wohnung komplett saniert, sprich es wurde ein neuen Laminatboden verlegt, das Bad und die Heizung (Gas-Etagen-Heizung) wurden ebenfalls erneuert.
Die Wohnung liegt in zentraler Neustadtlage (Kaiserstraße). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes und Restaurants können fußläufig erreicht werden. Zum Mainzer Hauptbahnhof sind es nur fünf Fußminuten. In die Innenstadt und zum Rhein sind es auch maximal fünf Fußminuten. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung liegt zwei Straßen parallel zur großen Bleiche.
