Hallo!
Da wir Nachwuchs bekommen haben müssen wir leider unsere tolle Neustadtwohnung aufgeben.
Sie besteht aus 3 Zimmern, einem separaten Küchenraum mit EBK, Dusche und WC und einem Flur.
Die Lage ist wohl das, was wir am meisten vermissen werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der beliebten Mainzer Neustadt direkt am Sömmerringplatz.
Man kommt mit dem Bus direkt in die Innenstadt, an den Hbf, aber auch hoch an die Uni (Pfeiffer-Weg).
Trotz der Lage ist es sehr ruhig, da sich die Wohnung in einem Hinterhaus befindet. Aber auch wenn ihr mal ein wenig lauter seit, kriegt man das bei geschlossener Tür nicht mit.

Als Studenten benötigt ihr eine Bürgschaft der Eltern.
