Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere kleine feine und super günstige 2ZKB-Wohnung (DG).
Diese hübsche Wohnung hat rund 60 qm und befindet sich in einem Backsteinhäuschen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im alten Ortskern von Mombach. Die Wohnung ist schön hell, hat 2 Zimmer, eine große Wohnküche und ein großes Bad mit Badewanne. Die beiden Zimmer sind unterschiedlich groß, aber ohne Durchgangszimmer. Eine WG-Gründung wäre daher kein Problem. Zudem hat die Wohnung einen traumhaft schönen Dielenboden zu bieten. Die Warm-Miete beträgt 400 Euro. Wir sind mit Nebenkosten (Strom+Gas) auf insgesamt 520 Euro gekommen, also ideal für Studenten mit kleinem Geldbeutel. Eine Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. Von dort aus fährt eine Linie in 12 Minuten direkt zur Uni. In die Stadt braucht der Bus etwa genauso lang. Mit dem Rad sind es 10-15 Minuten zur Uni oder in die Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 1.3.2015 zu vermieten.
