Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei, sehr hell, hat einen seperaten Eingang und verfügt über eine große Terasse. Das Haus wurde 2014 erbaut.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in etwa 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Aldi und Rewe sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Nähe befinden sich zudem das Hallen- und Freibad und der Mainzer Sand (10 Minuten zu Fuß).
Die Wohnung ist von der Wohnbau. Wir mussten bei unserem Einzug den Boden selbst verlegen und haben dafür 700€ bezahlt. Wir werden den Boden drinnen lassen, dafür möchten wir jedoch 400€ (auf Verhandlungsbasis).
Bei Interesse kann die Küche für 150€ (inklusive Elektrogeräte, ohne Spülmaschine) übernommen werden.
