Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung die dirkt an der Uni Mainz liegt,die zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen ist. Die Wohnung ist ca. 66 m2 groß und hat einen sehr großen Balkon mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick.
Sie ist ideal geeignet für ein Paar, kann aber auch als WG genutzt werden wenn man ein Zimmer als Schlaf- und das andere als Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer nutzt würde, weil die Zimmer ineinander überlaufen. Man hat zudem einen Gäste-WC.
Die Küche kann gerne gegen einen Abschlag von 200€ übernommen werden.
Die Mainzer Innenstadt erreicht man zu Fuß in 10 min und den Hauptbahnhof in 5 min.
Die Interessenten können mich ab 14.00-18.00 Uhr von Montag bis Freitag erreichhen oder auch eine E-mail schreiben.
