Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines 4-Familienhauses (alles junge Leute). Sie wird zur Zeit von einem Paar bewohnt, eignet sich aber auch als 2er WG, da die beiden Räume relativ gleich groß sind. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine Diele, eine Küche mit EBK und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Außerdem gehört zur Wohnung ein Kellerraum. Die Miete beträgt 350€ warm, zuzüglich 10€ pro Person für Wasser. Der Strom ist hierbei nicht enthalten.
Von der Wohnung ist man in wenigen Minuten am Bahnhof. Mit dem Zug braucht man ca. 10 Minuten nach Mainz. Mit dem Auto ungefähr 15 Minuten. Vor Ort gibt es mehrere Bäcker, einen Supermarkt und diverse andere kleine Geschäfte.
